I had an ’18 Model S I bought new back then that had Unlimited Free Supercharging but the promotion was for original owner and not transferrable

2018 FUSC does not transfer - you can try to get around it a variety of ways, but there is no guarantee.

There is no getting around. As soon as Tesla finds out about the sale, which they will, it's gone.
