2018 Model S "possibly with" F1R F21 18in wheels?

Hello,

I'm looking at 2 sets of wheels to purchase for my 2018 Model S 100D. I have one person who is selling a set of 18in F1R F21 and the other 21in Tesla wheels that will fit.

The 18in Wheel/tires set are:
Fronts: 18x8.5 et35 on 235/40/18
Rears: 18x9.5 et40 on 275/35/18
5 lug universal bolt pattern

I also checked out Reddits post about 18in wheels but nothing was mentioned about 275s in the rear:

And the answer is NOPE, they do not fit due to the rotor sizes.
