Are the rear seats heated? Also want to confirm the materials, are these textile seats?

Its all leather.. or fake leather. I dont n ow ehatvthey call it. Heated frotn and rear. The inserts are not leather. Its fabric.

Like new condition except for rear headrest has a little tear. Passenger rear.

Came off a brand new 2018 models s a while back.

Asking only 1500. Im willing to ship at buys expense.
