2018 S450 self-driving equal tesla autopilot 1 on freeway

I own model S 2015 for 5 years and love the autopilot, it is the main reason I purchased that car.

these days, a used 2018 S450 fall into my budget, I really love the mercedes.

is anyone has the experience on S450 self-driving capability on free way? does it equal the tesla in that regard?

from what I read, 2018 face lift make the S class self-driving much improved.
