Car was originally registered to Tesla hence thats the warranty they gave me. I got it in writing and confirmed from service center, that is my warranty on the car.

Demo car, tesla owned it, but im the second owner (technically first)

You may have "no rush to sell" but unfortunately tesla updates cars without warning and doesn't really factor your sale in.
