2018 Tesla Model X (Charging equipment communication error, try again or try different equipment).

When I plug the vehicle into the ChargePoint station, it charges for 1sec and then stops charging, and the dashboard in the vehicle shows (Charging equipment communication error, try again or try different equipment). I tried to charge at different ChargePoint stations with my Tesla J1772 adapter and had the same results. However, the vehicle has no charge issues at home or any tesla charging stations. also used other Tesla J1772 adapters and had the same issues.

Have you tried non-Chargepoint J1772? It could be something with the adapter, or Chargepoint account or network.

District I am working for installed all new ChargePoint stations in multiple parking locations. Other Tesla vehicle owners are charging their vehicles on a daily basis, my vehicle charges for one second and then stops charging. I used a few J1772 adapters from Tesla and had the same Communication error.
