My car updated yesterday morning: amazing graphic.
Last night though I noticed that auto high beam no longer works.

The option is there but turning it on and off makes no difference: the capital A no longer shows when the high beam blue icon shows.

Anybody else has the same issue?

Did you try a reboot since the update was complete? This sometimes helps.

PS: enjoy the F1 race in Monaco this weekend, assuming you’re in town :)

Just a guess but I wonder if it's differentiating between a "drift" in the lane and a purposeful steering motion. Don't have the feature yet so no experience but that's sort of what it sounds like with what you described.

This use case is a valid one. On several occasions it would attempt to steer me back into the lane even when I wanted to change lanes. I did initiate my turn signal. I thought the turn signal would cancel out the correction but I am not sure. I think if you change lanes at normal speed it knows and no issues but if you change lanes slowly with less wheel movement and you are already close to the road lines it thinks you are drifting and attempts to steer you back. This is probably user error and caused by my driving style so I’ll continue to test it. I like the feature though and did it steer me back when I drifted unintentionally on a few occasions.

I tried soft reboot last night and nothing happened ... then 30' ago, I checked the high beam and the A logo is back.
so now it seems to be fixed although I wouldn't know why it didn't work before and it's working again now.

ps I left the day before yesterday... town is far too busy for me during the GP. I'll be back on Monday and use the track for my weekly jogging probably on Tuesday evening (that's the only way to realize how steep is the slope between st devote and the casino ;-)

Downloaded 2019.16.2 today and all works well except I lost the Equalizer and the Immersive selection on the screen. The Equalizer is gone with this 2019.16.2 patch.

Anyone else with this patch today lose the Equalizer?

In reference to firmware updates, I'm seeing others post about how many miles they have on their Tesla. Are so many miles required for firmware updates? How did anyone even determine this? Thanks...
Has nothing to do with how many miles you have. There are some with as low as 300 miles and others with 22k miles. I’m at 2k now and have had 3 updates since March 30th.

What firmware version are you on?
