Just got update 2019.20.1 9973c22 this morning. 2017 Model X100D, AP2.0.
On the S forum, people mention the improved Dog mode but they do not see the Lock Confirmation Sound.

Right. 3 had it forever for locking. Doesn’t do it for door open that I know of. No idea why the S doesn’t have it or they all didn’t get it at the same time. Wonder if there are groups programming for each car? Seems counterproductive.

Has anyone had their charging door randomly open since installing this update?
I really like the horn indicating it locked, wife complained that my 3 did it, why doesn’t her x. But the charging door opens like it has a mind of its own when I walk by with key.

So, just got this and trying the walk away lock notification for the first time and nothing. If it doesn’t work on just walking away, what’s the point? No noises.

Switch is on, Sentry running, car locked as always. Any ideas?

And rebooted as always after an install.

(And haven’t seen the port open as above. )

I have noticed (and measured with benchmark) that MCU1 slowed down browser with this update. Disappointing.

So, somehow the switch was set to off. No idea why it didn't save when I set it. Further testing.....

And it does work now. Excellent. Seems quieter than the 3 but that’s hard to tell in the garage. Thanks, Elon! (Still no idea why the S was left out here...)

You’ll have to tell us. There are a couple floating around but one is only early access. We think. This is getting nuts.

Got it on our Nov 2017 build Model X. Now maps are very slow, streaming slower, and the phone unlock does not work. Anyone else having issues?
