According to TeslaFi, firmware 2019.20.2.1 5659e07 just starting rolling out 15 minutes ago...in a big way. It's currently showing Model 3's updating at 3-5 cars per minute. That works out to about 6-10% of the fleet per hour, which is fast. This is a lower revision than 2019.20.2.5 which is a limited release, EAP-only rev first sent out on Saturday. It looks like 19.20.2.1 is only going to Model 3's in North America and appears to be updating from all previous revs.

Who's going to be the first to post the release notes??

My car is installing an update right now, but I'm sure someone else will get a chance to post it first.

Looks like @TT97 wins, but is disqualified for a prize as it was buried in another thread!

Just completed the update. Release notes:

    Dog Mode Notification
Improved Auto Display Light Level (ironically, it set it too low for me to read the release notes, LOL)

Update: This revision is not Model 3 only as I first thought. It's hitting S/Xs as well, but apparently only in NA at this time.

Can confirm that ELDA still cannot be permanently disabled in 20.2.1. But hey, we got auto-brightness and dog mode tweaks that no one seemed to be asking for...

I had speculated that the last widely-released firmware (2019.20.1) would enable higher power Supercharging for the MR and SR/+ cars. I was wrong. At least based on an MR charging session that didn't go any higher than it would have on 2019.12.1.2. But these Supercharger limits might be raised with this latest version, 2019.20.2.1.

If you get a chance to Supercharge your MR or SR/+ and see over 120 kW or 105 kW respectively, I'd love to hear about it on this thread:

V3 Supercharging Profiles for Model 3

I'm expecting that both the MR and SR/+ cars will be able to charge at up to almost 150 kW from a V2 Supercharger in the near future.

Just got this on my X, only difference from the 3 release notes is they added a lock confirmation. It honks when it locks or makes a different honk pattern when it cannot lock due to a door being open.

We need the alternate honk! There have been several instances when my son doesn't close the door hard enough and car never locks.

Bit anticlimactic hardly seems worth pushing out, they could have waited for ES and pushed all at once /shrug Maybe the neural network got some lovin :)

There's likely bug fixes of 20.1 as well, they just don't put those in the notes (just the general disclaimer at the bottom).
