For anyone who’s just been told they’ve just been assigned a vin, are you at all told if it’s going to be a 2020 number plate?

I was assigned a VIN number yesterday. Today I received a text to say that it would be delivered this month. I ordered in October with a specific delivery date of March. I've been told that I can delay delivery by 7 days so lets hope my delivery date in February is after 22nd as it's a leap year.
