2019.36.2.4 now!

Just got notification of 36.2.4 now. Away in the motor home at present so will download when I get home but has anybody else got it? For some reason I seem to be one of the first in UK to get these updates as I got 36.2.4 early - not sure if that’s a good thing or not!

I also have an update available but not yet installed. I guess if its still 2019.36 it'll be quite minor, given they're on 2019.40 elsewhere in the world.

Hopefully it will fix all the problems that we have been having since 2019.36.2.3.

2.1 is the majority TeslaFi fleet install.
2.7 seems to be early Model S
2019.40.x still just the North Americas.

It sounds like the advances of 2019.40 are things that aren't allowed in Europe though, doesn't it, like faster initiation of lane change?

I only have an 'old' pre-facelift MS but am stuck on 2019.32.12.7 b728e1d and Spotify keeps crashing and Pin 2 Drive frequently requires a reboot before it can be used. Evver the optimist, I see there is a pre-facelift MS85D on 2019.40 so I live in hope!

Reading through that lot reminds me of moving to 2019.36.2.3 from 36.2.1. I thought our car may have been drunk in charge of itself at times.

Yup same release notes. I have only driven 20 or 30 miles but I don't notice anything. I didn't he get any "blindspot detection limit" but that's not an indication of improvement there - the weather is about perfect.

Hi I noticed on 2019.36.2.4 autopilot seems to seem more steady, plus in the UK it's passing more parked cars on the left rather than just sitting behind them.

Anyone notice the same ?

Didnt see much in way of change. Hopefully an update in preparation for something more interesting before year end? We can dream!

2019.40.1.1 Huge regression in AP! : teslamotors

This *might* be a good sign...bare with me for some complete speculation.

Somewhere in my mind is this thing about HW2.5 vs HW 3.0. Could 40.1 be the leap to using all of the new FSD, hence the re-learning of some of the neural nets? If so it paves the way to using some of the untapped computing power in the FSD.

If so, possibly not one to be an early adopter unless you have an SR+ and also want 175kw charging.
