    Why would this update install again? Full version number is 2019.40.50.5 79b51bc76a61 No changes were noted in the update summary.

    40.50.5 went to wide rollout in the US today. Previously, most cars were on 40.5.1. Release notes are the same as is common for a minor version bug fix update.
