I have a 2019 AWD Model 3, purchased EAPP Sept of 2020 when it was offered as a separate purchase. I travel a lot for work, was notified of the 2021.4.18.2 update which I selected to update. After the update noticed that EAPP specifically Navigate on Auto Pilot no longer is functioning. When I enter a destination it no longer has the option to cancel Navigate On Auto Pilot and the single blue line no longer shows up. I did a restart both buttons on Steering wheel held down until the 'T' shows up but this did not resolve my issue, I went into my account and the EAPP is still listed for my vehicle. Other than requesting a service appointment does anyone have any ideas that may help?
