A brand new AWD LR (black/black/FSD) is $54k with tax credit. Typical depreciation for 1st year is 15-20%. The low end of a used AWD LR would be $46k.
Personally I'd start a RWD model at $45k list price with a target goal of 42-43k final price.
Keep in mind a performance Model 3 now starts at less than $50k, which is just about $48k if including tax credit that doesn't apply to used cars

True, but just wanted to point that out as reference.
This means that you could get a FSD performance M3 for $3k more than OP’s asking price, brand new.
