simply search the 2020 X for sale on those car selling web sites, you would see tons of pics to compare with. 2020 is indeed slimmer in various areas but the most significant difference is that the front seat headrest is no longer allowed to move up and down. below is an example.
Thanks. So the 2019 let’s you pull the headrest up and down and the 2020 headrest is fixed. Not sure that really matters. The slimmer design of the 2020 doesn’t look at comfortable. Wonder if owners actually noticed a big difference or miss the 2019 seats.

The other big difference is that the back of the fronts seats "dip in" a little more than the 2019's. There's more foot room for the 2nd row passengers. It's not life changing, but kinda nice.
I recently purchased a 2020 Model X Performance to replace my leased late 2017 Model X 75D. I can tell you the difference in seat feel is noticeable. The new ones have thinner seat bolsters on the sides of the seat and seat back. Overall, the new seats just look and feel cheaper and less comfortable. They’re probably lighter than the old ones though.
If you check Tesla's EPC, it seems they are now using the same seat frame for S/3/X/Y as they all have the same part number, the only thing that seems to change is the seat liners between S/X and 3/Y. Sandy Munro mentioned this during his Model Y seat teardown video.
