2019 M3P- "Stealth Performance" white/black 6.5k miles

I recently took a job that required splitting time between Denver and Orange County, and I had taken our 2019 Tesla Model 3 Performance (stealth model with 18" aeros) out there to be my commuter car. After being told I'll be working remotely for several months, I brought the Tesla back to Denver with me where the car is now (back story in case you saw my for sale posting in Irvine). I did a quick wash and wipe down today 4/5/20 to snap some pics so people can see the condition it is in right now, so keep in mind this was not a thorough detail whatsoever. It looks essentially new with the exception of one stone chip that went through the clear bra which you can see in the pics. It's been filled in, and the clear bra shop who did the install (Colorado Clear Bra) said they would "fix" it after the winter season is over just in case there were more chips. I honestly don't know what they would do to fix it, but just an FYI if the car stays here in Denver.

Our Model 3 was built and delivered in July 2019, and currently has 6,600 miles. The only modifications are Michelin CrossClimate+ tires put on at 3,976 miles, Suntek 30% tint, and Xpel clear bra that covers the front of the car up to the top of the A pillars and mirrors which is nearly $3k in extras. It has the HW3 computer and excellent build quality - better than the first mid range car we had with a December 2018 build. Please note I asked the clear bra place to not reinstall the T logo on the frunk, but it is in a baggy in the trunk if you want to put it back on the car.

The asking price is $49.9k, and the car will come with the original mobile charging pouch and original accessories. The car is located in Denver. They're amazing and likely the best tires on the market right now especially in areas that receive occasional weather. Compared to stock, they are better in every way while being much quieter, and they are as good driving down the Pacific Coast Highway and Vail Pass in the snow. I've seen a few comparisons, but this is one is the easiest to follow:

It only has the standard autopilot which worked amazingly well on my recent 1,100 mile road trip. I personally think FSD is a party trick today, but if it ever becomes a real useful thing it’s only a click away in the app to order. I had EAP in my last Tesla, and the only time I ever used the features was showing people summon if they had never seen a Tesla before. It was fun but I think we’re several years away from FSD being a real thing.

Sorry I can't offer as a lease. In my opinion a lease on a Tesla Model 3 makes little sense due to how much more slowly they depreciate compared with the competition. Many German cars for example lease better because they depreciate so quickly you limit your residual risk, but things like Telsas and Toyotas are better to buy since you often end up with equity at the end of a typical lease term.

I would take the dealer offer 47k seems pretty good. Just to confirm did you buy the car in CO or CA? If it is CA then it’s worth for me to get it. But if it is on CO then not so much. If you bought it in CO you already received federal+CO $5000

so that puts the car around 43k used since new last year on this car was $48900

Not sure I follow. The original owner is the only one who gets to claim the tax credit. Also the lowest price on the stealth models was $49,990 + $1,125 destination + $75 doc fee = $51,190. The value on the car has not dropped for a few reasons, but maybe the biggest is the price of the stealth went up in price by $6k a few months ago. $50k for this car is still a smoking deal when you consider what it is, and I suspect anyone who knows what it is will agree. At any rate, it sold for my full asking price (local sale too), and there were 3 people who were buyers at that price when I listed it on a major national site.

Wow, you did great if you got $50k. I’ve got an immaculate 2019 Performance 3+, upgraded Red/White interior, AP w/ MCU3, only 6 months old with only 5,500 miles, Tesla offered $49,300 on a trade, which then nets me $52,751. I was planning to trade it in but if I could get a bit more I’d sell it outright too. The last time I tried to sell a car for the trade value I got lots of offers for less that the trade price.

Late last week I received a $53,700 trade-in offer for my P3D- from Tesla (includes FSD) for an otherwise similarly equipped car (colors are reversed) so 47k for non-FSD seems right. Assuming 10% increase for private party sale (15% if purchased from Tesla after trade-in) a final sale price for @MTSN ’s white/black, non-FSD, low-mile P3D- of ~50k should be achievable. GLWS
