We moved in a new house had a charger installed and left the next day for a week. Long story short it wasn't installed right and car got to 0 while we were gone. Charger is good now but car won't take a charge. Tried jumping the 12v and car cones on but still no luck. Car won't reboot. Any ideas or help would be appreciated!

Car may not reboot if the HV battery is dead. Try leaving a charged 12v battery (not a charger or a tender) connected directly to the 12v battery and then wait for say 15-minutes. With the battery still connected see if you can now charge the car, if you can leave it alone for an hour.
