I'm wondering about that as well. I've had 12.5 downloaded, but not installed, for a week or so. I'd like to expunge it so that I can get 12.10 if they ever send that one out to the older pre-AP cars. Don't want to deal with the dead USB bug in 12.5 since I use USB music all the time.

I just got 2020.12.11.5 on my 2015 model S 85D AP1 MCU1, and the USB music bug is still 100% there no USB drive is recognized. I've tried rebooting the MCU, tried taking thr stick in and out...still nothing

SUPER EXCITiNG EDIT!!!

I changed which usb port my stick was in (swapped it with my phone charger) and now it works again. Yay

Yes - the older Model S MCU works with USB again (updating from 10.x to 12.x) - one tip:
- exFAT (for big 64GB//256GB+ drives) is one option for file system on the USB.
- another alternative I've tested that works (seemingly faster) is EXT2 (Linux) - which can be done on a Windows PC with some tools.
