How does tesla determine who get the updates first ?
I've read somewhere that FSD owners get the updates first. Other than that, it looks random.

Got the update but sadly no boombox feature in the update I got ....is it due to the fact its a early model? Anyone let down like me?
You need the external speaker (which make your car doing a weird noise when backing up). I think cars from Sept-19 or later have this feature. I wish I had that boombox feature, but I'm happy my car is silent when backing up!

I finally got Xmas update yesterday and tried out the boom box function. It was fun and giggle with my wife to prank pedestrians on street for a short moment with farther sounds and ice cream truck sound. But I don't really see practical use of it in real drive situation so for those you without external speaker you don't miss much

I can't sound mad at people if my horn plays "la cucaracha" haha

And the ice cream sounds different from the local ice cream truck. I wonder if it's a us/canada thing.

Anyone tried using their own tunes via USB?
