Black screen upon reverse has reappeared in 8.1. Can’t say I’ve been missing it. It’s like two steps forward and half a step back.

I havent' had one in a long time and got one today , while in drive thru . Couldn't reset it either

Ya, that's my question. To pick on Model 3, one LR AWD gets 2020.8.1 and another gets 2020.12. It's not by country, nor does it appear to be by FSD level.
At least that's how it's been for a day or two. Like you say, there's more 2020.8.X lately.
Curious.

We got 2020.12, 2020.8.1 and 2020.8.2 going out to seemingly identical cars.
Is this normal? (I haven't had my 3 that long)

There is no norm. They’ve sent single updates, and multiple. It’s based on what’s needed.

I’ve seen this with other software manufacturers also.

Don't see 3rd party charge locations? Do they use plugshare or chargepoint etc as back end?

AFAIK in the US they're only (so far anyway) adding the tiny # of EVGo stations in the SF bay area that have Tesla connectors

8.2 downloading for me now, SR+, with HW3, & FSD, so we know that version is still going out, but very small % of the fleet so far. I was upgraded to HW3, I wonder if that plays a role?

I have a 2017 AP2.0 MS and just installed it, so no.
