Lies. I just got it pushedJust walked inside service and told them the issue. He said the update must have been pulled that’s why it’s doing that he can’t push it again to my car it says I’m on the latest. Dammit

Dude you probably just solved all my issues. I did have a HW3 retrofit, and I’m on 2019.6. I got the 8.1 update somehow, and it failed downloading, then the 2019.20 navigation update popped up.If you recently had a HW2.5 -> FSD computer upgrade, the new computer likely had an older version of maps.
Happened to me last week. I used to have 2019.20 maps on HW2.5, then after the FSD upgrade, it showed 2019.6.
Service tech said I needed to complete the maps update back to 2019.20 before I could receive 2020.8.1, and he was right.
If you recently had a HW2.5 -> FSD computer upgrade, the new computer likely had an older version of maps.
