I believe it will transfer, I can call Tesla tomorrow to make sure.

The lease started on 08/01/2020 and runs to 08/01/2022 with 30k mileage allowance total. It currently has roughly 4.5k miles on the odometer.

FSD does transfer for a private sale.it’s of confusion around this. Only Tesla can remove it if you sell it to back to them.

She has a 15k miles per year, 24 month lease. This is different than the 10k/year, 36 month lease you show.
