2020 Model S heater stopped working but reboot possibly fixes it

Like title says, heater stopped working on 2020 Model S Long Range Plus. This is in the Bay Area so it hasn't been extremely cold. A reboot seemed to briefly fix it but then it stopped working again. No error messages are displayed anywhere. Has anyone had this before? I'm not sure if my model has the heat pump or the resistive heating.

You have resistive heating. Is the fan blowing with no heat? I assume you have tried turning the temp to max, the vents to face, and the fan on a lower setting to see if any heat comes out of the middle vents.

Yes the fan blows cold/ambient air

Update: A reboot doesn't seem to do anything at all. Scheduled a service appointment.

Follow up - in case it helps someone - It turns out the "Evaporator Temperature Sensor" needed to be replaced.
Fixed under warranty.

I am going through same problem car not heating up and reboot did not work , mine is out of warranty, they are quoting 2500 $
