Saw this 2020 Model X Performance (with 5.4k miles) on Carmax for ~108k and the service rep is quoting me 341 miles when fully charged. I thought the max for performance trim was 300. Is Carmax BSing me?

Yeah it sounds high, but the 2020 LR+'s range is ~370, so not sure whether it's legit or not.
Hi @mymx - the car in question could be a later 2020 production model which got the newer H battery that provided a slight range boost.

My 2020 MX Performance has a build date of 9/20 and has this newer battery. My estimates show at close to 305 mi at a 90% charge and close to 340 mi at 100% as you are asking about.
If you get a chance to see the car in person (or can request a photo) - there is a sticker underneath the front passenger side of the car that'll show you if it does have the above H battery (vs the older G rev).
The example below is a H based on the "-H" at the end.
