Setting an asking price only in BTC doesn't really make sense as it potentially forces you to have to adjust at least daily. What's next, pricing in corn or hog futures? It would seem more logical to set an asking price in USD and then ask that the transaction be handled in BTC if so desired.

Not only that, but in Canada at least, crypto to fiat transactions (even crypto to crypto transactions) potentially incur a capital gains tax. Good luck with the tax accounting trying to use BTC for purchases if ultimately you need to settle the proceeds in fiat...

It's not the purchase of Bitcoin that takes any time, it's the funding of your trading account. Maybe if you already have your money in BTC, but if you are most people, no.

I have money with Gemini, Celsius and BlockFi. I could do the transaction.

None I can think of if the buyer is smart. Smart would mean not sending payment in advance, getting a copy of sellers ID and a signed/notarized bill of sale.
