MY jumped a curve ( not sure what happened, could be I pushed the wrong pedal, could be malfunction...all happened so

the whole left side fender is severely damaged. The front hood got pushed in and also severed damaged. Right side is OK.
Tesla service center and recommended shops is 60 miles away. Happened on weekend so no one is available. Looking for a plan as MY was towed to a towing place, insurance will look on Monday.
After doing a little google, it appears that Tesla service center is not good for body repair. So I will need to have my car towed to a recommended body shop 60 miles away.
None of the local body shops is on the recommended list for Tesla. Car is in Charlottesville, Va.
Am afraid the recommended shops may be too busy to get a quick repair. What are my options?
