Not with Greg specifically, but company have been in contact to confirm delays. I know one other order for the same spec as mine who has also not had it delivered, so the delay is down to Tesla/covid rather than Octopus.. am home working so no biggie... can hang on for a few more weeks.
Looks like there has been a change of plan with SILVER RAY.
The tugs are just turning up for her departure to the Nab anchorage where she will sit for a week.
Previouly she was scheduled to depart to Bremerhaven.
From that we can conclude she is totally empty.

Does the full crew reside on her while she sits at anchorage? Such a strange life being crew on a cargo vessel I imagine.

So based on estimates we did for BROOKLANDS, with a short unloading time at Zeebrugge (assume for LHD), you could maybe assume a 50/50 load for LHD/RHD and that would mean anywhere between 2k-2.5k RHD vehicles into Southampton this week. Not bad for a severely impacted quarter and a ship still making it here.
On the downside, none of them appear to be mine. Clearly am not special enough.

Yes The crew stay with the ship. They will be on contracts of varying lengths from 3 - 9 months typically

Assume they won’t have been able to leave the ship due to UK quarantine laws, so they are completely “socially distanced” to the extreme.

Cars for Norway are usually shipped to Drammen. I'm waiting to see where GRAND VENUS heads off to next.
She may head off to the Middle East or she may head up to Norway via Bremerhaven.
We shall see.....

She was originally due to leave today. I'm not aware of any change to that.
Could the number of cars be so low that it's transported by road? Seems unlikely?
I see the AUTOPREMIER has been into Drammen.
Looking at the Drammen webcam there are some cars on the dock there that need a closer examination.

The AUTOPREMIER has been regularly used in the past - my car came to UK on it!
It's just that I haven't really been tracking shipments to Norway.
Interesting! Where would AUTOPREMIER have picked up a Tesla load based on her previous port calls? It looks like Bremerhaven is the only place she has been loading?

Just out of interest, CORAL LEADER was quietly moored up next to GRAND VENUS for a period of time in Zeebrugge, and is now heading to Bristol (Portbury). Any takers ?
