Handling of flashing lights has been a problem for some time. Upgrade or not I don't think I've had a version with stop light control that didn't do this.

True, that's been a bug for some time.

But to do so at a green light is reason enough to defer this update. Can anyone collaborate this behavior? If affecting all on this release I'd expect more discussion but this is the only comment I've seen describing this on a green light.
