Upgraded my Vision only (May '21) MY P to this latest version last night. Now, driving today, I notice the "blind spot collision warning chime" is
now going off randomly and for no reason. It's actually really annoying as the car will chime, yet there's no indication on
the screen as to what happening.
Anyone else notice this?
