2021 Aero removal - problematic

I'm trying to remove the Aeros of my 2021 LR for spraying, but the removal seems to be tricky, in danger of breaking the part, and not at all easy as before. I'm stuck.

Those professional guys talkes of the difficulties and how it did necessitate two persons. Look from min. 5:58.

There must be some logic to follow, please anybody has any experience of this, give an advice.

Ok, i'm going to my tire shop

Went to the tyres shop. By chance i've found out they took the Tesla course.
The first cover needed a metal crowbar.
The others snapped in a second shame on the UK garage of the video

The trick is to grasp with two hands on the upper part of the cover, in two slots at the same time, and pull it out with a single strong thrust. It doesn't break.

Good to know, I'm awaiting delivery on my M3 2021 and was going to remove the caps asap

Just tried removing the new aero caps, damn it was hard.
Took 2 person and some tools and a lot of balls.
