2021 LR Rear Wheel Damaged and Needs Replacement

I must learn how to avoid curbs jump into the road to damage aluminum wheels. Anyway, I need to replace a 19” rear OEM wheel on 2021 mS refresh. I think rear wheel width is 10.5” vs 9.5” for front. Is proper part number# 1420222-00-A? Is there substantial savings buying wheel on eBay or another site and using a good tire store for mounting/balancing? Or is it nearly same price as Tesla service?

Just curious. Did you buy one and how much it costed? Anyone had the Tempest wheel repaired (for curb rash)? I wonder how much to repair it.
