Based on the lack of anyone posting experiences here, I kinda doubt they have an issue to respond to honestly.

I think there's definitely an issue, my 2018 3 heater works fine after it's gone into a deep sleep eg overnight, but if I drive then put it into park it stops working and gives the climate keeper error.

There are other 2018's with the same issue on Reddit. Most people are still under warranty so are having the sensors replaced for free, I'm well out of warranty at >120,000km though so no luck for me.

Don't let it hold you back. I had a M3 and now have a MY and I'm in a cold zone. Absolutely no issues with heat - the Y heats about 100x faster than my ICE SUV, even with remote start, it's one of the huge benefits of an EV; it also doesn't need to make a huge stink to get warm. If you have the heat sensor issue some people have run into it will be fixed under warranty.

Yeah, unless there’s a previous ticket from when you were in warranty you can refer back to, and even then it’s iffy if you can get it covered.

Anyone else having these issues continue to occur after having the sensors changed? My heat stopped working yesterday so this will be the 3rd time I have to bring my car to Tesla for the same issue.
