I ordered mine a day after you, on the 10/17, but changed my configuration on 11/5 to white on black with FSD. SA said it wouldn't change my place in line, but who knows. Ordering from NJ. As of Sunday, my dealer has not had any deliveries of the 2021 Model 3s.

Did you order a long range? If so, I'm curious why you didn't wait until after delivery to add FSD so that you can qualify for the $5000 NJ rebate. Adding FSD to the car will not qualify since it puts the sticker price at over $55k.

Thanks everyone! My delivery estimate changed from Nov 27 - Dec 19 to Nov 21 - 27, not sure if it was a glitch. But refreshed my Tesla account here and there and a VIN popped up last night!

located in Northwest suburbs in Illinois. M3 Long Range, White on White no FSD. Not sure if I qualify for the NJ rebate since I’m in Illinois.

I ordered from the Chicago location (I live in the city). I'm wondering how tied together the local locations are. Presumably there's an efficiency in shipping truck / train loads of cars to the region, but who knows...

I live in Houston, ordered a Performance on 9/29 and still have not gotten a Vin. Originally said would be 5 to 9 weeks, then 2 weeks ago, got text saying it would be 3 to 6 weeks from that date.

I ordered mine Oct 16th and I also got a VIN number today BTW, I'm in NJ.
What's next? Should I get the proof of insurance?

For the little it's worth, my Tesla account updated today for the 2001 LR Model 3 I ordered on 10/31 at the Chicago downtown location. Previously it estimated deliver 12/5 - 12/31. Now it's showing 11/24 - 12/12. I don't have a lot of faith in that, as I haven't heard via SMS from anyone, but at least it is something.

Also got my VIN today in IL, but my delivery estimate has gone back a week. It was saying Nov 23-28 just yesterday, now it's Dec 4-10, supposed to take delivery at the new Naperville location.
