That’s a big panel gap on the passenger front door. Keep on them on that one.
YUUUUUGE!

The ppf guy says he removes those during the process anyways so hopefully he can better adjust that plastic trim piece to make it look better.
If not, I was told by Tesla SA to put that in a service request.

Added pic of the drivers side for reference.

I ordered late January and had an estimate date of mid June to early July. Then april. Now Feb 23- March 5th.

I feel like people are passing for the new lights. I don't mind to much for the new lights. My lease on my infiniti q50 red sport ends March 18th so the new delivery date is perfect.

I just hope I don't have issues with build quality and missing parts.

I have the LR in midnight exterior with white interior no fsd (I'll get that after on a credit card for the points).

Is it recommended to use tesla financing or local credit unions?

I'm in Chicago btw. Delivery to Schaumburg.
It's hard to pass up these guys as they seem to have the lowest APR for an EV loan, nearly "free" money at 1.24%, and for a remarkably long term as well:

www.DCU.org

PM me if you need a referral code as there's some small spiff for both of us, AFAIK.

Took delivery of my first ever MS LR last Friday. Car looks gorgeous in white, delivery was smooth and the car did come with all parts.

Driving: To be honest, it took me a very short time to get used to the yoke, it does really give you a feel of a spaceship when you drive. The buttons on the yoke is all about getting the muscle memory.
Exterior: There were some very minor panel gaps but nothing concerning. One minor paint leftover that they cleaned up immediately.
Interior: This car had the best interiors I had ever seen, very minimalistic and S3XY ;)

This forum has helped me with a lot of my questions, and I am grateful to everyone helping out here. Good luck with your upcoming deliveries, you won't be disappointed.

I think this is generally true but you want to establish a timeline reference Tesla uses and not what you think is reasonable. There was someone from Michigan who wrote last week that they were a month away from this call without a VIN. I’m 3 weeks away from a similar call and the only movement has been that I entered my EDD 2 days after the call and I got pushed another month to another month long EDD range.
Chuckle - yeah, here's another Michigan guy who had that conversation in early December with an EDD range now of 3/20-3/31. I also made it clear that my expectations were that the car have all-weather tires and be impeccable, the latter because it's roughly an 8-hour round trip to the Service Center.

I'm afraid I frightened him...

Rejecting delivery is made even trickier here due to Michigan requiring payment in full *before* the car even enters the state.

If that’s the same spot that looks way better.
That’s the driver side that I was showing that looks good. Passenger side picture was a few posts back.
Here’s both for an easier/quicker comparison.

Took delivery Monday, 7 Feb, drove it straight to the PPF/tint shop and picked it up from there Saturday. Just wanted to share some pics and echo what everyone else says -it is WORTH THE WAIT!! Been fun commiserating with you all on moving delivery dates when waiting. In hindsight, I really just wish I would have ignored the app until I got the call saying I had a VIN. Anyway, best of luck to those still waiting, you're gonna love your new Model S!

Add 3 months to your wait, still worth it?
