2021 Model S service issues, twice in less than 100 miles. What to do?

I have less than 100 miles on my new S. Had it for 3 weeks and has been in for service twice. Still in, 10 days and counting, for parking brake stuck can’t release. Towed to service and I’m told I have no recourse for a replacement car. Loaner is an old X bucket of bolts. Anyone have suggestions on how to get a replacement car or get my $104k back? Or anyone’s attention at Tesla. Is it a lemon? Thanks.

mine (2021 LR picked up 9/13) 4 days in service with passive restraint failure on passenger side. also the center console slider completely failed.

thankfully they gave me a 2019 X.

i like the X but really miss the S yoke among other things.

Check your state’s lemon laws. You’ll probably find it’s far from a lemon….at this point.
