Anyone think the 2021 Model X Performance will get the same battery update as the new Long Range Plus?

There is no proof the long range plus has a bigger battery. That is a huge speculation based on a rev change. The performance may very well already have that same rev battery in the 2020.
For all we know it may have a smaller battery but they made things more efficient to make up for it. And that’s the reason they also removed the kWh from the car badge and the battery tag. I highly doubt that’s the case but I speculate unproven changes as well as the next guy.
If it was just a battery change I suspect the performance would have got it along with the long range plus.
Not sure if there will be some surprises for performance before plaid. Or maybe they are holding off until plaid.
