10k/yr
9/12/24 lease maturity

Paid 9.5k down after taxes to get the payment to $690/mo.

Will take $7500 and transfer the lease via Tesla.

Just to clarify, its $8,606 in cap cost reduction and the rest are the fees, first month, acquisition, etc that don't show up when using the toy calculator on the site. But in the spirit of giving since there are a lot of hurt Cowboys fans out there tonight, let's say $6500 and the lease transfer is yours.
