2021 MYP Waiting Room

Right here with you. Ordered 10/23. I’m hoping they are saving MYPs with Tow for very last. Pretty much all other California MYPs have been assigned.

I don’t have tow and I’m located in Santa Cruz. No vin, just estimated delivery window until the end of the year. There’s still a few of us waiting.

It’s just mind blowing they won’t fulfill older orders especially since they had us waiting until the end of the quarter. So frustrating seeing same day LR orders being assigned

Did you get a delivery appointment with no vin as well? I have a red/white no tow with delivery appointment but no vin.

@Jsond Congrats! No, unfortunately no appointment or VIN. Still believe they seem to be holding off on MYPs with Tow.

@AmbienWalrus hope you get yours soon seeing as you don’t have the tow either.

fwiw, i gather that everything happens pretty fast. SA told me my car was built on 12/20, and by 12/23 AM it was already at the delivery center near Seattle.

Delivery date just showed up again. Funny that it includes today in the range when it's already after 5pm (pacific).

Still no vin and what’s even more upsetting is that my SA is completely unresponsive. Emails and texts go unanswered. And it’s not like I’m bombarding him with communication just two inquiries.

Finally got VIN. 96XXX. Red/white MYP with tow.

Checked this morning and no VIN. Checked again after opening gifts and lo and behold, GOT A VIN! 98XXX.

MYP Blue/White/NoFSD/NoTow. SF Bay Area.

1) Original order for MY AWD: 2/15/2020
2) Postponed delivery based on text message to January: 6/11/2020
3) Test drove MYP and changed existing reservation to MYP and asked to cancel delay: 11/15/2020
4) Got VIN that was taken away that day because nobody updated the delay notes: 12/13/2020
5) Got a VIN again and hoping I'm not in an infinite loop: 12/25/2020

Received notice that I was assigned a vin and a proposed delivery day/time.

The only issue is that our account is supposed to be on hold until January. Elon is getting to be pretty pushy on taking delivery.

Looking at the trends on the tracking sheet seems like the damn tow hitch it killing us
