I'd love to know at what point in the process, VINs are assigned? I'm guessing it's when the car hits the delivery center based in time-frames if 3 to 9 days on avg here in Seattle. Guessing a few days to prep the cars, license and register.

I’m pretty sure they are assigned when loaded to be delivered to the delivery center...I received mine when it was leaving the Fremont factory

Working for me now too.. and the date changed. The past 4 days its gone from
3/18 - 3/30
3/19 - 3/30
3/20 - 3/30
and just now it says 3/21 - 3/30

And like clockwork.. now saying 3/22 - 3/30.

just spoke to my SA, he said my car is going to be out of production in next Friday (03/12/2021) and I should be able to pick up on Monday ( since im living near Freemont factory ). Im so hyped up right now.

ordered 01/22/2020 all basics. Located in Santa Clara, CA
