Ive seen a few people above ask the question which I am also curious as well. Is there any indication there will be new ambient lighting? pretty disappointing, this is something thats so simple and cheap and makes such a impact on the interior. I will be very disappointed if Tesla didn't upgrade the interior lighting, which from what I see, they did not....

Speculation, but I'm presuming that's what the blue connectors are for on the missing trim. It would be nice if Tesla went through what luxury car brands offer that they do not (e.g. HUD, CarPlay, Surround View, Ambient Lighting, Audiophile Audio) and if the economics of offering these don't work at the current price, then just make it an add-on package.

Why do they keep announcing all the pics as "plaid" versions? They do not have the plaid signs (spoiler, red calipers, carbon fiber interior). How are people telling these to be plaids and not LR?

Perhaps because some people are conflating the refresh models with Plaid models - and Plaid also sounds cooler?

Does the car look wider from the rear shot? Seems like the same stance to me.
