And how many hours driving with a yoke? (P.S: I also like the yoke btw, though I only have a few hundred hours as PIC)
Part chrome, part chrome delete. No badging on the back. I assume/hope those aren't production cars . . .
Where do you see chrome? The white strip at the bottom of the windows is typical for shipping. And the lack of badging is expected, except for PLAID.
They look awesome in black, would love to see some with arachnids...or in MSM.. The lack of yoke wouldn't bother me at all, looks like they still made all the control changes associated with the yolk and eliminated the stalks. Can't wait to hear about the first impressions after these cars are shipped. Hopefully, they let media review some cars soon!
I whether Tesla will accept last minute delivery rejection because of missing yoke wheel. It is what they took orders for, if they cannot deliver, customer is entitled to 100% refund.
Surprised that there has been no communication from Tesla on the new refresh like Elon said there would be during the earnings call. Assumed that they would provide more detail on all the changes. Happy to see a round steering wheel. But i know others like the yoke. So Tesla could make an official statement on that. Round / yoke / optional?
probably around 750 hr.....I had a go-cart with yoke when I was a kid.....drove that think everywhere from the time I was 6 yrs old until I got my license.....
it would just make the most sense if they finally upgraded the lights to the solid strip like the model X,3, and Y have.
Maybe that will be part of the changes later in 2021? Perhaps the Plaid+ will get new lights when it comes out, followed by the Plaid and LR.

Given how the yoke steering wheel is shown on the order agreement (i.e. they take the time to specifically call it out), I believe they are serious about delivering it, but I think it will eventually be optional, otherwise why call it out as a line item--there is no line item of seats or MCU, etc.
Perhaps I am I'm the minority, but I think Franz did a masterful job with the original Model S design--I think it is pretty timeless and glad they are going with incremental tweaking.
