Interesting indeed. I am Midwest. I can see 10 Plaids available in New York area on the Tesla web site now. Perhaps order holders that got fed up and cancelled? The fact that there are plaids available perhaps means orders have been fully filled for those and now they are focused on LR.

No NEMA 14-50, just a standard US outlet plug adapter is included. The stopped included in the 14-50 in 2018 I think.

My delivery date was set Friday 08/20/21 for 09/03/21 and my MVPA still shows the full amount without the $2,000 discount. When did you receive / notice the discount on yours in relationship to setting your fixed delivery date?

On 8/20 my date firmed up to 8/26 and discount was not on MVPA. I asked SA and he said it would show up 24 hours before delivery. On 8/23 my date changed to 8/25 and within a few hours the MVPA reflected the discount. I think it may be a manual entry by SA, as is the delivery date and time.

Don't know what the first ones look like but the new ones are split at the toes with a skinny piece for the narrow section on the left for driver. Also they are not secured so they slide all over the place and are generally shitty.

I had heard that Tesla was using velcro now to secure the floor mats. Does that not work well?

Picked up yesterday. Few issues on the exterior that Tesla is coming out to fix next week.

Steering wheel worm isn’t that prevalent on mine. Probably wouldn’t have noticed it if I hadn’t been aware of it on other cars. Off to the detailer next week for paint correction, ppf, and ceramic.

The car is amazing, but the process leading up to the delivery yesterday really diminished the excitement of getting the car in that last day. I went in fully expecting another delay or excuse.
