Take the wheels off and sell them separately, and put on the OEMs. The acceleration boost and aftermarket wheels don't add value to the car when selling. If CarGurus is willing to offer you $470 less than you requested, take it. That is worth it for them dealing with all of the paperwork.

Just did this yesterday with Cargurus, same like OP's offer. They buy the car direct from you.

Once you accept the offer, Cargurus overnight FedEx Power of Atty and Check. Driver inspects and pick up the car from your location. Driver gives (email) you Bill of Sale and you hand over signed PoA/Title/Keys, and they drive the car away.

Got $65K for a 13K mile 7 month old 2021 LR MY 7 seat Black Black Tow 19 wheels No FSD.
