2022.12.3.1 - Strange new Autopilot behavior

Hi,

This is about Autopilot, not FSD. The car is a 2022 Model S Plaid.

Before 2022.12.3.1, if I turned on my turn signal, Autopilot will disable as soon as any wheel input was given (without providing resistance).
After 2022.12.3.1, if I turned on my turn signal, Autopilot disables as soon as I start steering, and then shortly after (5-10 seconds) a very loud alarm sounds with the message "take over immediately"

This is strange because Autopilot is clearly off at this point (no blue lines, car is not steering).

What is going on?

My lane departure warning is off, and if it was on, the message would say "departing lane, blah blah"

I noticed something similar on my M3, turning the turn signal used to disable Autopilot. Now it will stay on until I give steering input even with the blinker on. Not sure when the change happened but I dislike it because it makes me make a harder input to get it out of Autopilot.
