Many people (myself included) don't have the .3 yet. If the just 2022.4.5, what version are you on now and when did you take delivery of your car? Often times, the first update to a new car doesn't come for several weeks (I think I got my first update 6/7 weeks after I took delivery).

Most likely the notes won't be any different than any other flavor of 2022.4.5.X. These iterations are usually just minor bug fixes.
