2022 - Best SDG&E TOU Plan for Solar/EV/Powerwall?

SDG&E has published their 2024 electric rates. I have not reviewed them in any detail.

I see something new that was introduced last year for those with Powerwall and or EV's. TOU-ELEC.

TOU-ELEC is worse than EV-TOU2 or EV-TOU5 for anyone who is able to charge at night in super-off peak or with solar. Those two have differentiated distribution charges (the UDC total) for time periods and TOU-ELEC does not. And it has a $16 monthly fee like EV-TOU5.

I predict unfortunately that SDGE will be lobbying to get rid of EV-TOU2 and EV-TOU5.
