2022 M3LR Buy it and Sell it or Cancel?

I ordered a Model 3 Long Range back in April 2022. According to my status it will deliver in 2 weeks. I have decided I do not want the car, Im going a different direction for a car. The question is Do I buy the car and resale hopefully recovering my total cost or do I cancel and pay the $250 fee. I guess I’m concerned I will not get all my money back after purchase and taxes if I decide to resale. Total all in will be $64k

I guess being in April, it was after the price increased and now no CVRP because of it. You'll probably only get offers around $60-62k depending on the color. So I would say, cancel. I'll let others chime in too. I know just because I just sold my 2022 LR I received 2 months ago and they picked it up today. lol

You can probably easily find someone to pay you $250 for your reservation.
