Mik, I am having the same issue with my 2022 model. I called customer service and they advised me to call roadside assistance. When it became clear that they were scheduling a time to pick up the car to tow it, I cancelled the request. It’s only 129 miles to Las Vegas but I assumed they weren’t bringing it back for me. So, thanks for confirming my suspicion. But I have the new lithium battery and am frustrated that it died. No warnings. Thankfully no infants were trapped inside.. that could be a problem for Tesla. Should I be concerned that even if I jump start the battery that it should be replaced or this will likely be a recurring issue?

my understanding is these batteries have a MOSFET that prevents them from recharging if they are allowed to drain all the way to zero. This is because of dendrite formation and the potential for explosion if you try to recharge it.

The last ~2 minutes of this video explains it:
