Be aware that selling a reservation violates Telsa's order agreement terms and conditions. Has been a recent post by someone on Instagram I believe about trying to do this, Tesla becoming aware, and supposedly both cancelling the order but also blocking the individual from placing future orders.

Now if you take delivery and then resell the car, that's totally up to you and the buyer as no different than any private party sale of a used car.
