My recommendation: sell the 2018 and keep the refresh. You should be able to get $85K for 2018 easily.

I have owned 2016-2020 Model Xs and currently have a refresh so speaking from experience. Especially in this crazy sellers market

Unfortunately, Tesla gave a very low trade in estimate on my used Model X. I am very tempted to keep it but loosing too much on the old one to make sense out of it.
